Prior to becoming a bail agent, Frank Chavez was a paralegal for 25 years, including 16 years handling criminal matters from traffic warrants to capital crime cases.
This experience has given him an advantage over other bail bond agencies as it allows him to provide his clients a better understanding of the legal process and provide more specific information about their court case. Esmeralda is a licensed bail agent and is the office manager in charge of operations at Frank Chavez Bail Bonds. She is a graduate of Business Management School in Dallas, Texas and relocated to Florida in 2005.
Before becoming a bail agent, Esmeralda was a housewife for many years before she entered the working field. Esmeralda subsequently worked for several years at a Criminal Law Firm as a legal secretary/paralegal. She manages the firm and dealt with federal bankruptcy cases as well as defense criminal cases which included Seal and Expunges and personal injury cases and Foreclosure cases.
Notably, she was named Outstanding Community Partner, Lake Worth Community High School Criminal Justice Academy, for preparing students with criminal justice careers. Esmeralda intern the students in the law firm and showed them the ability how to deal and understand criminal cases.
